Production Pre-Event
Assist organizers with planning and coordination of the event. Will require attendance at monthly planning meetings beginning in April 2025.

Aircrew Support
Aircrew Support – Assist in hosting and logistics for air crews (lodging, transportation).

Parking Team
Help set up the parking area, direct drivers to parking.

Ticketing-Access
Check attendees’ online tickets and sell tickets. Access Team will verify tickets at access gates.

Event Security
Ensure attendees remain within posted barriers, provide crowd management, overall event security.

Logistics
Responsible for set-up and tear-down of the event, trash management during the event.

Vendor Management
Mark vendor booth areas pre-event, check vendors credentials upon arrival, direct to their booth area, assist vendors before and during event.

Shuttle Team
Operate golf carts to provide transportation for guests, support organizers before and during event.

Operations
Manage distribution of golf carts, monitor event radios during event, provide comm support.

VIP Support
Responsible for set-up of President’s Club and Premium Box Seating, and host the President’s Club during event (keeping area clean, provide information, etc.)

Volunteer Support
Check-in all volunteers, direct them to volunteer locations, issue t-shirts, answer questions.

Volunteer Meal Support
Assist in distribution of volunteer meals.

Liability Disclaimer

I understand that without some program providing protection of its assets and leaders, the Bremerton Airshow, a non-profit organization, would not be able to offer its community services and activities. Therefore, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Bremerton Airshow, the organizers, the agency at which I volunteer, and sponsors and supervisors of all activities from any and all liability in connection with any injury (including any injury caused by negligence), in conjunction with my volunteer activities. I acknowledge that there are certain foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with participating as a Bremerton Airshow volunteer. I expressly assume any and all risks associated with participating in any event or program, including, but not limited to, illness, traveling to and from the event or program, and the effects of the weather, all such risks being understood and appreciated by me.

I certify that I am in good health and able to participate in the event or program activities volunteered for. I certify that I am over eighteen years of age and competent to enter into this release. If I am not eighteen years of age, my parent or guardian has signed this release on my behalf, and agrees to all the stipulations set forth in this document. I have read the foregoing release, authorization and agreement, before affixing my signature below and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof.

Communcations Release

I hereby assign the rights to any video and/or photographic recording(s) made of me while volunteering for an event or program of Bremerton Air Show or its agency(ies) and collaborator(s), hereto referred to as Bremerton Airshow or any other event or activity hosted or produced by the Bremerton Airshow. I hereby authorize the editing, duplication, reproduction, copyright, exhibition, broadcast and/or non-profit use and distribution of said recording(s) for purposes deemed suitable by Bremerton Airshow.

I hereby waive any right to approve the finished products. I certify that I am over eighteen years of age, and if not, my parent or guardian has signed this release on my behalf, and agree to all the stipulations set forth in this document. I have read the foregoing release, and agreement before affixing my signature below and warrant that I fully understand the contents thereof.
