General Event Information
What is an Airshow?
Aerial demonstrations of modern, vintage, classic and aerobatic aircraft.
Is the event loud?
At times the event can be loud, especially when large airplanes are flying.
Can I leave the event and come back in?
Yes, guests can leave the event and reenter. Please make sure to have your ticket ready to show at the gates when you reenter the event.
Is there seating or standing room only?
General Admission “standing room,” as we do not provide seating for that area. We do highly encourage you to bring your own folding chairs and/or blankets to sit on during the show.
If you are looking for areas that provide seating, we have two VIP areas that provide seating, Reserved Box Seating and the President’s Club.
Is there a different show each day of the Airshow?
The shows are the same for both days.
However, the schedule is subject to change without notice. Changes to the schedule can occur for a variety of reasons. The main reason generally being due to mechanical concerns with the aircraft.

What time do gates open each day?
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM
What is the performance schedule?

Are all the pilots guaranteed to perform at the show?
No, not all the pilots are guaranteed to perform at the show. Some pilots may only be available for one day. If that is the case, we do note which date on our performer page.
In other cases, the pilot may be scheduled to fly both days, but may have to forgo flying that day due to mechanical concerns with the aircraft.
Are there static displays at the show?
Yes! We will have a variety of historic and modern aircraft on ground display for our guests to see up close. You will get the opportunity to talk to some of the pilots and learn more about these aircraft.

Other than the Airshow, what other attractions will be at the show?
We will have a beer garden for those 21+ to enjoy. There will also be vendors, exhibits and aircraft on ground display
Is there an age restriction?
No, everyone of all ages is welcome at the air show!
Children 15 and under are free in General Admission when accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
Credit Cards accepted? ATM’s available?
Credit cards are accepted. There are no ATMs.
Where is the Lost and Found?
At the volunteer pavilion at the main gate.
Are there designated smoking areas?
No Smoking anywhere on the flightline, designated smoking areas will be in the airport parking lot outside the venue.
Are personal tents or awnings allowed?
No, they are not allowed for safety reasons.
However, if you need shade we do allow personal umbrellas into the show.
What happens if it rains?
The event will go on rain or shine. Please check out social media for updates if it rains.
In the case of an emergency, what do we do?
Our announcer will issue instruction via the Public Address system and local Fire or Police.
Can I bring my drone?
No. Drones of all kinds are NOT allowed at the airshow.

Our air show takes place at Bremerton National Airport.

Is camping allowed?
No
Can I fly my own plane into the Airport?
Yes, we do allow fly ins. Please check back closer to the show for additional information.
Permitted and Prohibited Items
Will there be food at the event? Vegan or Vegetarian as well?
We will have a variety of food options at our event. Please check back closer to the air show to see a specific list of food vendors
Is there free water at the show?
No, we will not have free water at the show. There will be water for purchase throughout show grounds.
Outside food or drink allowed?
No, we do not allow outside food and beverage to be brought into the show. There will be food vendors are site for you to purchase food and beverages.
Can I bring a cooler?
No, coolers are not allowed.
Can I bring folding chairs?
Yes! Folding chairs are allowed and highly encouraged.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
Yes, strollers and/or wagons are allowed into the show. Please note that they are subject to search though security.
Can I take pictures/videos at the event?
Yes! Bring your camera or take them on your phone and be sure to share them with us on social media. We love seeing everyone’s photos and videos from the show.
Please note that drones are NOT allowed.
Am I allowed to bring my pet?
No, we do not allow pets. Please do not leave your pets in the car during the event. Service animals are permitted. Please keep in mind that we do not have any grassy areas onsite and the pavement will be hot.

Tickets
How old do children have to be to get in for FREE?
Children ages 15 and under are free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
Do I have to have a ticket to enter the show?
Yes, everyone must have a ticket to enter the show. The only exception is those who are 15 and under entering the show in General Admission. However, they must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.
Are IDs checked the gate to match the ticket?
We do not check IDs. The only thing we need to see is that you have a ticket.
Is there a limit to the amount of tickets you can purchase at one time?
Yes, we do limit the number of tickets you can purchase at one time. If you are part of a large group who needs more tickets, you will either need to do multiple transactions, or you can email us at [email protected] .
Can I purchase tickets the day of the show at the gate?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day of the show. Please follow the signs when you arrive to the gate.
Please note that if either Reserved Box Seats or President’s Club tickets sell out in advance there will NOT be any tickets available at the gate for those seating areas on the day of the show. Since space is limited in those areas, we highly recommend purchasing those tickets in advance.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes, we do allow ticket upgrades. Please contact us at [email protected], or talk to the ticket sellers at the gate on the day of the show.
Please note that if the area you want to upgrade your ticket to is sold out, we will not be able to upgrade your ticket for that day due to space limitations.
Can I get a refund/exchange if something came up and now I can't make it?
No. All ticket sales are final.
What if I lost my tickets OR never received a confirmation email?

- Enter the email you used when purchasing tickets and click submit.

Are group discounts available?
No, we do not offer group discounts.
Is it bleacher seating or chairs?
In the VIP areas, we offer chairs. In General Admission, you must bring your own chair. There is no bleacher seating.
I purchased VIP/Early Entry tickets, what if I arrive late?
Not a problem, your seat is reserved, however VIP ticket holders may miss out on catered food if they arrive late.
Do I have to print my tickets or can I just show you the tickets on my smartphone?
Either way is acceptable. All tickets will be scanned and you will be marked as attending.
Can I gift my tickets to a friend or relative?
Yes, you can give your tickets to someone else. Do not worry about your name on the ticket, we do not check IDs at the gate. We only check to see if someone has a ticket and scan the ticket to make sure it hasn’t already been used.
I have purchased group tickets, but my group is not here yet. How do I get tickets to them?
They may be picked-up at the front gate.
How do I choose my seats?
Box seats are purchased online before the event or at the event if there are any left.
There is no reserved seats in the President’s Club.
Am I charged a service fee on my ticket purchase?
Service fees cover ticketing expenses and credit card fees, similar to what an ATM may charge
When do ticket sales shut off for online and ticket outlet sales?
The day of the event.
What does my ticket cover?
General admission allows entry into the event.
By purchasing a premium experience, do I still need to purchase a ticket to the event?
No, your Premium Seating Ticket acts as your admission to the show and the seating area.
How much are tickets?
Can I watch the air show from the parking lot?
No, we do not allow people to watch the show from the parking lot due to safety concerns. While we do allow people to go back to their cars during the event, we ask that you do not loiter in the parking lot.
Can I watch the air show from outside the show?
There are no good places to legally watch the show from outside the airport. There will a lot of activity going on around the airport during the show and stopping to watch the show around the airport can cause traffic and safety issues.
Can unused tickets be used next year?
No, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are only good for the day in which they are purchased.
Can I purchase upgraded parking?
No, as we only have one parking lot.
Parking and Directions
How do I get to the venue?
Washington State Highway 3 in Kitsap County brings you to the airport.
Is tailgating allowed?
No.
Can I watch the show from the parking lot?
No, we do not allow people to watch the show from the parking lot due to safety concerns. While we do allow people to go back to their cars during the event, we ask that you do not loiter in the parking lot.
Can I watch the air show from outside the show?
There are no good places to legally watch the show from outside the airport. There will be a lot of activity going on around the airport during the show and stopping to watch the show around the airport can cause traffic and safety issues.
Are there shuttles?
Yes, we will have shuttles from the parking lot to the front gate.
What will traffic be like?
Traffic on HWY 3 will be heavy for about an hour before and after the event.
Can I drive my RV onto the event location grounds?
No, we do not allow RVs, campers, or buses due to limited space in our parking lots.
Is it possible to drop people off at the flight line entrance gates, and then go park?
Yes, please follow the signs when you arrive for the drop off area when you arrive at the show. Volunteers will also be onsite to help assist and direct you.
Accessibility
Is handicap parking available?
Yes, we will have handicapped parking spaces located at the front of the parking lot. You will need your parking pass, along with the handicap placard or license plate. These spots are first come first park, so we recommend arriving early if you need to park in one of these spots.
Is handicap seating available?
There are handicapped accessible seats available in the Premium Box Seating section and the President’s Club.
I need accessible seating, have special seating needs based on a medical condition. What do I do?
There are handicapped accessible seats available in the Premium Box Seating section and the President’s Club.
Are there restrooms nearby for handicapped?
ADA compliant restrooms are available.
Do I have to purchase a parking pass if I'm handicapped?
Yes, everyone must have a parking pass in order to park in our parking lots.
We will have handicap parking spaces located at the front of the parking lot. You will need your parking pass, along with the handicap placard or license plate. These spots are first come first park, so we recommend arriving early if you need to park in one of these spots.
Are mobile scooters or wheelchairs available to rent at the show?
No, we will not have mobility aid rentals at the show. However, we do allow all mobility aids into the air show.
Is there a place I can recharge my mobile wheelchair at the event?
No, there will not be a place where you can plug in your mobility aid to charge at the show.
